Also, bring a full glass or bottle to each of your meetings. ![]() It’s as simple as sitting it at your desk, full, so when you see it there, you’ll drink it without even knowing. PRO TIP: If you carry around a full water bottle with you all day, you’ll be more inclined to drink your water.For example, if you weigh 140 pounds, for you specifically, it would be recommended you get at least 70 ounces of water a day. Some studies suggest drinking half of your body weight in ounces. That totals approximately 64 ounces of water a day. It is recommended that we get eight, 8-ounce glasses of water each day. Everyone KNOWS how important water is, but sometimes we get so busy we don’t think about actually consuming the amount that we need. Water is also great for keeping your skin looking healthy and vibrant. Water is essential for keeping all of your organs functioning. Water is important to drink every day, but especially as the weather is getting warmer and your body might sweat more than normal, thus losing fluids more often, it’s important that you’re keeping up with your water intake and replacing and replenishing what is lost. If you put effort in to boosting your health, it will pay off and your body will thank you for it. Here are some reminders and tips for making it all happen this summer.
